This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features new queen mattresses in both bedrooms, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The beach access walkway is only steps away, making it easy to enjoy your days by the water. You'll also enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views from the bedroom and kitchen window.

Guests have access to a gated, heated community pool.

Located within the low-density Sunrise Village condominium complex, you'll appreciate a more peaceful atmosphere where the pool and beach are rarely crowded.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
