Tuna Time

The stay here was home away from home. The property manager(s) were amazing and a true blessing. They answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. They were easy to communicate with and to. They were professional and kind. The property managers was the best ever in making sure everything was handled to perfection. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space, up-to-date appliances and furniture along with great view. It was within walking distance to beach and other places for activities. Watching the fireworks on The Fourth of July from our balcony was stellar. My family and I will be coming back next year for vacation with a long stay. We all were pleased and pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this home/location. I give this vacation 5-Stars.

The house was kept up in perfect condition. Getting in was a breeze and the house was perfect for a few guys to enjoy in between boating trips.

GREAT STAY!!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren in Tuna Time! The management company was very helpful and responsive, the property was beautiful and so clean. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice home for a family vacation!

Our group had an awesome time staying at Tuna Time. The house is both enormous and gorgeous, with a quality build; the soundproofing was bar-none exquisite, so we did not feel like we were bothering anyone hanging out during non-quiet hours and if there were a lot of people at the pool (which was a great bonus to have), we couldn't hear anything inside. We reserved through Airbnb and will say that the most efficient means on contact is definitely via the text line, so do yourself a favor and use that. Texts were promptly responded to, we felt welcomed and safe, and the Florabama area was a great time with pristine Gulf waters. We'd recommend bringing some additional trash bags and toiletries. Insofar as parking, we were able to park two trucks and an SUV within the house's ports. We're definitely looking at going back and have to say that we'll turn to this rental again for the next year.

Last Note: Location was optimal for hitting the beaches and making our way to popular areas.

Tuna Time was a great space for the extended family to stay and to each have their own personal space (each room had their own on-suite). The location was great and easy to get most places quickly. The management company was very responsive and friendly. It's a newer build so most everything in the home was in good working condition.

What a wonderful surprise! We were booked in a different unit that had extensive damage done by a prior renter. Instead of cancelling our booking, the property management team (Julie) worked to find us something else last minute. Tuna Time is what she found. It was brand new and we were the first people to stay there. The location was perfect. Centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Beach access was convenient and the pool was right out the front door. The house was beautifully devoted and well appointed. Julie checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed since it was a new rental. She went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice vacation home. Top notch finishes/amenities and the location is perfect.

We had a great stay for 4 nights in May. Everything in this house is brand new and is top of the line. It sits in a great location close to the public boat launch, beach access, restaurants, as well as a huge covered boat dock. In addition to these things the pool and pool house are both brand new and are in perfect location directly across the street from the house. In all this place is perfect and large enough for a single or multiple families. We will be staying here again!!
