Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Overall, it was ok for the price. Management staff was great, check in and out was easy & response was great. Location is good. However-Our feet were completely black from walking around the condo. The couch was very uncomfortable. They were doing maintenance almost the whole time we were there so it was super loud. Pool is very disappointing & small. The stay was ok but wouldn’t book here again.

We loved this place so much! Great location. Very comfortable master bed. Plenty or storage and space. Loved the balcony furniture. The property manager (Julie) was phenomenal. She was very responsive to any questions I had. My only request would be to add a small cheap Roku tv to the bunk room for the kiddos!!

Our stay at Seawind was fantastic! The views as soon as you walked through the door was beautiful. You could see straight out to the water! Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we could have wanted to cook with. There were plenty of towels and other linens. The furniture on the balcony was the most comfortable of any condo we have stayed in to date. There was ample parking(covered and uncovered), security guard on site, pools were cleaned daily. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. Condo is close enough to walk or drive to restaurants and stores.

Property was nice. Was disappointed that there is NO beach chairs, toys as pictured in the property images. Seawind does have a shared items beach chest on the boardwalk so we ended up utilizing those for the time we stayed but had to end up renting beach chairs. Refrigerator door water was but a trickle & ice maker didn't work. Property management quickly provided bags of ice. Unit is located right over the pool so noise level was pretty loud in the evenings. Also note the unit is actually on the 4th floor even though number is 703. Seawind counts garage levels, so we weren't quite as high up as anticipated. Sea-N-Suds is visible from the balcony & very convenient for eating but again added to the noise level on the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and while the unit was dated it met all of our needs.

Outdoor sectional felt worn and outdoor patio area was very dirty. Our feet would turn black from walking out there.
We paid more for this property due to photos and it did not feel well maintained. Washer and dryer seemed to takes forever at least 2-3 hours to dry a load. Living room couch sagged. Coffee marker needed to be descaled and was flashing errors.
Little things like that make you realize this property is not well maintained and we would not stay there again.
Property management company listened to our feedback and mopped the floors again along with replacing the coffee maker very quickly.
Property did have a nice location with nearby restaurants and shops along with a short walk to the HangOut. Beaches were nice and was a very short walk to the beach.

The property was as advertised. The location on the beach was convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. Numerous activities for our grand kids. The host was helpful when needed but we had no issues. We would recommend this place.

We booked this over Thanksgiving as a get-away and a place to stay while we visited family. It was a decent property for the price and we would consider it again. It was cooler during our visit so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities, but the property was clean and the beach toys provided were nice. We would recommend replacing the couch as it was very uncomfortable and stocking the kitchen a bit better with cooking supplies. The parking was also very tight under the building - you could only get out one side of the car.
We do wish the property manager had informed us prior to booking/committing that Gulf Shores was doing beach replenishment during our stay. We were unable to access the beach most of our visit and had to listen to and watch construction equipment on the beach most of the time, both day and night. Not indicative of the property itself, but a heads up from the property manager would have been nice so we could have considered other options.
Overall we were happy but would consider all of the options before booking again.

This property was clean and was as advertised. The best part was the patio furniture where we spent most of our time. The balcony overlooks the pool so it could be a bit noisy at times. Both elevators worked. We will definitely stay at Seawind again in the future.
