Not ready to come inside, use the downstairs blackstone grill and bar to serve dinner and watch your favorite football team. Also enjoy the ice maker that is ready to fill your coolers for a long day at the beach.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. There are two master bedrooms featuring comfortable king-sized beds, while the second and third bedrooms offer a twin bunk over an unattached queen size bed. The second and third bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a restful sleep, ensuring you wake up rejuvenated and ready for another day of fun.

Step outside onto the balcony on either level and breathe in the fresh sea air. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The communal pool is just steps away, inviting you to cool off and soak up the sun during warm Alabama days.

When you're ready to explore, the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches are only a short walk away with a pedestrian crosswalk, pedestrian light, and restroom facilities. Sink your toes into the soft sand, swim in the sparkling turquoise waters, or simply bask in the sun. *No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
