This cozy villa features one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. With its prime location just a short walk from restaurants, Foam Coffee House, Big Beach Brewery, Glow Yoga and much more. This complex has a courtyard feel with a shared pool in the middle of the 13 units. In addition, the property offers a shared laundry facility and charcoal BBQ area. Just steps from your door is the Gulf State Park featuring over 26 miles of paths and trails to be explored! Just a short drive away, be prepared to be impressed by the most beautiful beaches in the world! Perfect for families or couples, Island Villa Unit 4 is the ideal destination for a relaxing beach vacation.

The bedroom features a King Sized bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.

One parking pass is included with your reservation, you may purchase up to one more, before you arrive, for $20 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
