Beautiful unit! Very spacious. There was more than enough space for 3 families. The resort was clean and offered many amenities. There was no need to leave. Can’t say enough about the management team. They responded promptly to all inquiries. We felt welcomed from beginning to end. We’ll definitely be back.

What a great stay at the Caribe!Beautiful place with a beautifulview from front & side balcony. Layout is wonderful, very spacious,kitchen fully stocked & great ammenities. I would highly recommend this condo. It is definitely "top" of mylist.

This condo is perfect for a family getaway. The the beds were comfy and plenty big, the bunkbeds were a complete hit with the kids. Lots of space perfect for a big family! The property manager was so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!!

My family had a wonderful time at the Caribe. This unit exceeded all expectations. It was comfortable and the decorations were impeccable. Oh and can you say ice machine? Loved it. Our kids wore out the pools. My mom is already talking about booking next year! We had 3 families and 3 units. Ours was by far the nicest!

The entire condo fit our extended family very comfortably and offered plenty of room to spread out. Beds were cozy, Condo was clean, Kitchen fully stocked. The Bunk Bed room was a hit with the boys... all the furnishings were updated and current. Early coffee on the patio was a favorite spot. LOVED the American Flag waiving proudly from the property buildings. We definitely will return to this condo.

There were a few minor maintenance issues needing attention, and the management assured these will be addressed for the next guests.

Wonderful family vacation to celebrate our granddaughter graduation. There were several age groups and we all had a magnificent time. The condo was perfect and the view was great. Everyone at the property were very nice and helpful, would have liked a concierge on duty host text messages were very helpful and timely. We had a great time., but we figured it out. The

Had a great stay here with 4 adults and 3 small children. It was clean and the view was superb. The bunk room even had a tv and a box of toys for the kids. Easy access to pools and beach (with trolley). Would love to stay in this unit again in the future. Julie from signature properties was great to work with too.

We booked this condo in August of 2022 for Spring Break 2023. We received emails and text messages weeks prior to our check in with details etc. However what we never were informed of was the closure of the Lazy River Pool and deck. The whole reason we picked this resort with young kids was for this pool. Apparently renovations started in September 2022 but guests were never informed!
We had running toilets in 2 bathrooms and submitted a maintenance request. We were asked to meet the maintenance person at the condo, when I arrived our condo door was prompt open and I discovered painters working on the balcony. Scared the **** out of me and I was not happy that we were not informed of this happening, especially with valuables out like lap tops, purses, wallets, jewelry. Toilet repair did not work and continued to be an issue all week.
I do think the pools with slides in building B & C need lifeguard or staff supervision. Kids run wild on those and they become a safety issue and dangerous for younger kids to be on.
Also not sure why you can rent a 4 bedroom condo designed for more than 1 family and yet only be provided with 1 parking pass and charge a fee for a 2nd car parking pass.

Our stay was wonderful. The place had magnificent views, and all the accommodations we needed.

This property has plenty of room for everyone with a view of both the marina and the ocean. There were 7 people altogether and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. With the bunkbeds, two more could have easily been accommodated.

The condo’s open floor plan was spacious and clean and perfect size for our family of 11. The view of the gulf from the living room was beautiful. Our rental agent was responsive and accommodating.

The condo is clean and very comfortable from beds to indoor and outdoor furniture. We enjoyed our stay! 6 adults and 2 children this trip and plenty of room for everyone.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The parking space is very close to the entrance, which was a plus. But the instructions as to which elevator to take should be included in the directions as none were posted onsite either. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a lot of noise, so it needs maintenance. Also, in the description, the condo does not have beach access, you have to take a shuttle to the beach, so that was misleading. The view from the balcony is ok, it faces the water but the interstate is there as well, so you mainly here the traffic. All in all the stay was great and I would probably stay again.

Despite the rain for most of the trip, we made the most of it! We love the Caribe resort and have stayed here several times in this complex. The unit overall was great! Plenty of space to spread out! The wrap around balcony with multiple sitting areas was excellent! Gorgeous view of the gulf and bay side. The unit was completely stocked with everything you need to stay comfortably. Very close to the elevator which is a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was exactly what we needed! As a bunch of vet students that are about to go into clinics, we needed a few days to relax. Also it was my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! I’ll never understand why people say they need to go to the beach in the summer because while it was cold, it was the ambiance that was perfection. The wrap around porch that overlooks the gulf, listening to the waves crash as you lay in bed or on the couch, the lighting, the kitchen (to die for), and it never felt like we were on top of each other. It was absolutely wonderful!!

We stayed in this condo for 1 week and we had an amazing time. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the warming drawer that was used to prepare family meals. Also, we loved having the cobalt restaurant next door and the rental place next door that provided dolphin rides, deep sea fishing and kayak rentals. It was also convenient having trolley access to the beach even thought it was only a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean and spacious condo for the big family, special mention to Julie who was very prompt and polite in every communication, this lady was super nice and helpful, the only thing that I didn’t like was the dishwasher isn’t working but no biggie, just informed the office about it. Overall we had fun and great experience on this overlooking front beach condo.

The Condo was very nice but had a few issues some we reported some we didn't. On the surface it seemed clean but after staying there we found food on the walls, A dirty pillowcase under the bed. The master shower head fell off and my son fixed it best he could, we reported it when we left.

Great place! Very spacious. There were 12 of us (6 adults, 6 kids) and we never felt crowded. Very accommodating. Would definitely rent this place again!

We had a blast on vacation, the unit was very nice but the living room rug slides easily and wouldnt stay where it needed to be for very long. Maybe needs something underneath it so it doesnt move so easily. Also, hundreds of teenagers were running around all over the place acting wild but I guess that is what you have to deal with vacationing on spring break.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Signature Properties at the Caribe Resort. Everything was so beautiful and the condo was spacious and well decorated. Our kids loved the bunk beds and arcade game! The view on the balcony was gorgeous. The property owners left a sweet welcome basket and were beyond accommodating! We will definitely be back!
