This stunning 4-bedroom with an extra bunk room and 3.5 bathrooms sleeps 10. The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet. The home is located just minutes from the beach with beach access and is steps away to Ole River where you will find an assigned boat slip to use during your stay. Don't have a boat, ask us about our favorite boat rentals. Come experience the boat life we have here in Orange Beach, AL. Boat out to the islands and then to one of the local restaurants for lunch. When you arrive back to The Osprey, shower off and jump in the zero entry pool to rinse all the salt water away.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Our family had the most amazing vacation at the Boat Slippin' Bayou! The property is absolutely stunning—from the huge, state-of-the-art kitchen that made cooking meals together a joy to the cozy porch that was perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. We played endless games around the kitchen table and were so thankful for the privacy of a bath in every bedroom. The pool was beautiful and offered a perfect spot to relax and cool off during the day, while evenings were spent watching breathtaking sunsets over the bayou from the boat dock—an experience we’ll never forget.The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach, and we loved having quick access to fun activities, shopping, and great restaurants. We really felt like we were in the heart of everything.Overall, the house and its surroundings made for a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

This house is absolutely fabulous! We stayed for a girls' trip for a 40th birthday and had the best experience staying at this location. This development is brand new with very nice features and fixtures throughout the home. The house is very near the Cotton Bayou public beach access - close enough to walk, but there is also parking available there if you need to take more beach gear. It's also very close to several good restaurants, like CoastAL, Zeke's Landing, and anything on Canal Road (Big Fish, Cosmo's, and the Wharf), and only a short cab ride to the Flora-Bama. If you have a boat, there is also an assigned boat slip that comes with the rental, which is an amazing feature. I would definitely stay in this home again and recommend it to others!
We stayed here for our summer family vacation with our extended family, and it was absolutely extraordinary--nothing short of paradise. The open floor plan was both luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is a culinary paradise, with high-end appliances and ample space for creating meals together. Each bedroom boasts its own bath, ensuring everyone had their privacy. The two bunk rooms/areas are perfect for kids or extra guests, adding to the house’s versatility.The back porch is a highlight—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The pool is an oasis of relaxation, perfectly maintained. We were in it most of the week due to heat indexes of 110+. The walk to the beach is short and manageable (using a wagon is best) or just drive to the public parking for a small daily fee. Either way, you’re just minutes away from the sand and surf, making beach days easy and effortless.Boat Slippin; Bayou is central to restaurants, activities, and shopping. Really, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Whether you’re looking for adventure or tranquility, everything is right at your doorstep. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the dock overlooking the bayou—sunset views from here are nothing short of magical. IWe had an utterly memorable beach getaway together as a family. This house is a gem that will exceed all your expectations. We will certainly be back!
